FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Fees are based on a term-to-term basis and are payable termly in advance and no later than the second class of each new term. If your child turns up to class without the fee having been paid, and unless you have a prior written agreement with The Dance Studio School of Equality & Excellence Limited regarding fee payment, they will not be allowed to participate.

Invoices will be provided prior to the start of each term; Payment is via bank transfer or debit/credit card.

Receipt of payment will be emailed.

All students must be registered for the classes they attend. Unregistered children will not be allowed to participate in the class.

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES POLICY

The Dance Studio School of Equality & Excellence Limited endeavour to run classes during bad weather e.g., snowy conditions. However, should the need arise regarding safety concerns, parents will be notified/contacted (please check our Facebook page and make sure your phone number is kept up to date on our register).

In the event of a lockdown classes will continue on-line.

An additional class will be offered if The Dance Studio School of Equality & Excellence Limited must cancel a class or a refund will be offered to a future term’s fees. Regrettably we cannot automatically offer cash refunds.

REFUNDS, HOLIDAYS AND SICKNESS POLICY

Regrettably we cannot offer refunds to cover your booked holidays, illness or any other reason why you may miss a class due to the need to ensure continuity of service.

Should any pupil wish to discontinue any class or leave the school, refunds for any unused classes will not be given.

Private Tuition

The fee is to be paid at the beginning of each session

£43 60-minute session 5 minutes to pay and schedule next lesson. 55-minute teaching

£33 45-minute session 5 minutes to pay and schedule next lesson. 40-minute teaching

£23 30-minute session 5 minutes to pay and schedule next session. 25-minute teaching

£13 15-minute session 5 minutes to pay and schedule next session. 10-minute teaching

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION

Competitors, please note. The Dance Studio Reading Ltd has the right to cancel lessons and refunds (of any kind) without notification should any pupil/student attend other premises (academy/school) for workshops, classes, or tuition of any kind without prior consent or discussion.    

 

ILLNESS

Parents are asked to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection. We also ask you to let us know so that we can keep other parents informed.

Personal Belongings

The Dance Studio School of Equality & Excellence Limited cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items belonging to attendees participating in classes, private tuition or visitors at the premises.
