Dance Studio Reading

" The Dance Studio Reading is a brilliant place to learn to dance.

The teachers there are brilliant. Led by the lovely Sharon Vickers, all of them are patient and knowledgeable and are capable of supporting absolute beginners to experienced dancers looking to get to the next level.

One of the things that stands out is the focus on inclusion. The studio makes a huge effort to make dancing accessible to everyone and I have seen them do specific activities to support inclusion for both the LGBT+ and disabled communities. There is a great family feel at the studio which makes everyone feel welcome!

Both group classes and private lessons are available here. Dancers are able to participate in the NATD Medallist of the Year competitions, which includes the opportunity to dance in Blackpool once a year. Other competitions are able to be accessed too.

In terms of facilities, they have the main dance studio and also a smaller studio out back, as well and toilet and kitchen facilities. There is on road parking available by the studio.
