Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques. Pilates changes the way in which we use our bodies, targeting the deep postural muscles, by building the strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.

It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. It will also improve your posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, and it is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension.

Its slow controlled approach means that it gives many longer-term results and it is especially recommended by medical specialists for those with back problems

Lorraine Vickers has been a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2003 is responsible for providing clients with a range of fitness programmes, routines, support and advice on a one to one basis or in group sessions ranging from Personal Training, Pilates, Spinning, Circuit Training, Zumba, Ballroom and Latin and Children's Dance.

 She has competed around the world representing England in Ballroom and Latin dancing. Lorraine is proud to have danced at such a high standard and has been part of some amazing competitions including winning Pepsi Cola Strictly Dancing and being awarded 2nd world juvenile Latin Champion.
